The Pinnacles are four distinct periods of time that each of us experience—with the longest cycles being at the beginning and at the end of our lives, with two nine-year cycles in the middle. Each Pinnacle is a time of personal development.
The Pinnacles can be seen as the degree programs you signed up for during your life—and you get to study that particular subject matter for an extended period of time. Consider them to be like a master plan compartmentalized into stages of development. They are the building blocks of your life—and you take the experiences and skills learned throughout each cycle and bridge them to inform the next.
Each Pinnacle number represents the energy and lessons that are emphasized during a period of several years. Understanding the elements presented to you during your Pinnacle Cycles offers invaluable information about the focus and lessons to be learned during certain chunks of time, and also provides a great format for understanding why certain things happen during these periods of time. This is the environment in which you find yourself, offering you a particular trajectory through life.
In numerology, Pinnacles are sometimes called The Four Pyramids. Calculating your four Pinnacle Cycle numbers is not so much a predictive tool—although it can be used to map out a clearer vision of your past, present, and future—as a tool that offers support and guidance for your life decisions and actions.
I’m making the assumption that you know how to calculate the Pinnacles, or you wouldn’t be searching for information about the 7 Pinnacle!

7 PINNACLE
Introspection and study are the key ingredients of the 7 Pinnacle. This is a segment of time where you’re beckoned to explore your inner world through study, research, intense introspection, and soul development in whatever manner you choose to pursue it. You’ll experience an unconscious desire to be somewhat reclusive, as your focus turns mainly toward advancing your experience and knowledge in your area of specialization. This is a time mixed with analysis, gaining knowledge, and huge leaps in your intuitive capabilities. This is a time of deep spiritual evolution, development of self-awareness, and personal growth.
It’s during this Pinnacle that you’ll experience a dramatic event that drives you to seek alternative information and knowledge through metaphysics and other spiritual methodologies. Or perhaps it’s a Pinnacle that simply shows up as a deeply contemplative time insofar as your deep need to probe and ponder how you see yourself fitting into the scheme of life. If you have a 7 Pinnacle at the end of life, this is particularly relevant. Taking time to develop spiritually under the influence of the 7, you’re setting yourself up for gaining substantial wisdom and skill, setting yourself apart from others in your ability to explain the unexplainable, and using your wisdom and knowledge to encourage others to seek and find their own inner-knowing. As you find yours, you’ll then be prepared to assist others in finding theirs.
Intrinsic to this Pinnacle is a strict focus on learning, investigating, and gaining knowledge. You’ll be pulled inward during the 7 Pinnacle, so chances are high that you’ll become a bit of a loner during this time—as opposed to during other stages in your life when you’ll feel more engaged with the outer world. Your comfort zone resides most distinctly in working alone or at least with few restraints. While marriage isn’t out of the question, it’ll take effort and clear communication for both partners to make it work during a 7 Pinnacle. You might even find yourself uninterested or unconcerned with material matters and shy away from involvement in practical affairs. Don’t misunderstand this Pinnacle! Life blazes on around you and involvement is often, on the exterior, somewhat “normal.” The real work during the 7 cycle is deeply internal and impossible to express in its full magnitude to others.
1st Pinnacle: If you experience a 7 as a 1st Pinnacle, it can be alienating, because it means you’ll struggle with feeling alone and like you don’t belong anywhere. Expect life experiences that serve as teaching tools for your journey in the development of faith, trust, and that open the door to truth-seeking. It’s a time when you’re often a serious student and—whether or not you can identify it as such—when you’re motivated by inner yearnings. A 1st Pinnacle accompanied by the 7 can be a difficult and confusing time as it exposes deep questions about the nature of the world (and beyond) quite early in life. This exploration can come to pass thorough difficult experiences and emotional losses.
2nd or 3rd Pinnacle (Main Pinnacle): If you experience this energy in your 2nd or 3rd Pinnacle, you’ll be offered an opportunity to refine and specialize your skills down to a fine art, if you so choose. You might find yourself directly involved with some sort of research—religious, spiritual or philosophical endeavors—during a 7 Pinnacle. Progress during this Pinnacle can feel painfully slow. The benefits won’t be seen in your material or financial realm as much as in your spiritual life and internal world. Although financial success isn’t out of the question during a 7 Pinnacle, it would most likely be the byproduct of study and analysis.
4th Pinnacle: With the 7 as a 4th Pinnacle, spiritual development is undeniable. You’ll be called upon to teach others what you’ve learned within your area of specialization. Continued time for study, development, contemplation, and higher learning are keys to this final Pinnacle. The 7 at this point in life requires slight detachment from the practical realms and places renewed focus on philosophical or theoretical thinking and relating. You may find it difficult to connect with people on a superficial level during this time, so it’s best to seek out like-minded souls with whom to share ideas and conversations. Be patient and open, though. People come to you to hear what you have to say because of the wisdom and knowledge you have cultivated and gained through your life experiences and through extensive study. It’s part of this Pinnacle to become a teacher—perhaps in the traditional sense or maybe in a more inconspicuous manner.
Does this Pinnacle sound as if you must be a reclusive monk or the equal of Mother Teresa? Not so. Despite the concentration on personal growth, you still need to live in the physical world and you’ll happily go out and dance the night away, enjoy passionate lovemaking with your sweetheart, and hold down a job. You can do those things, yet this Pinnacle requires that you allow yourself the time, energy, and space needed to focus and study all realms of experience with a special emphasis on self-awareness.
