1 PINNACLE | A TIME FOR INDEPENDENCE & LEADERSHIP

The Pinnacles are four distinct periods of time that each of us experience—with the longest cycles being at the beginning and at the end of our lives, with two nine-year cycles in the middle. Each Pinnacle is a time of personal development.

The Pinnacles can be seen as the degree programs you signed up for during your life—and you get to study that particular subject matter for an extended period of time. Consider them to be like a master plan compartmentalized into stages of development. They are the building blocks of your life—and you take the experiences and skills learned throughout each cycle and bridge them to inform the next.

Each Pinnacle number represents the energy and lessons that are emphasized during a period of several years. Understanding the elements presented to you during your Pinnacle Cycles offers invaluable information about the focus and lessons to be learned during certain chunks of time, and also provides a great format for understanding why certain things happen during these periods of time. This is the environment in which you find yourself, offering you a particular trajectory through life.

In numerology, Pinnacles are sometimes called The Four Pyramids. Calculating your four Pinnacle Cycle numbers is not so much a predictive tool—although it can be used to map out a clearer vision of your past, present, and future—as a tool that offers support and guidance for your life decisions and actions.

1 Pinnacle

During this Pinnacle, you’re focused on developing independence, self-reliance, and individuality. The primary energy during this phase of life is to achieve mastery in these areas. This is a time spent developing your ability to express your individuality by cultivating original ideas, by leading and directing others, by attaining success and achievement in the material world, and by gaining recognition for those achievements. This is a time for self-determination and is action-oriented. This is a period of time demanding that you stand on your own two feet and assert yourself in a clear and healthy way.

1st Pinnacle:  When you have this number for a 1st Pinnacle, chances are your youth is spent learning how to develop and use original ideas. This is a time where you’ll confront feelings of dependency and learn to extract yourself from dependent situations. You’re learning how to stand on your own two feet and individuate yourself. You’re called to lead and to rely on yourself without resorting to the downside of ego, stubbornness, and being self-centered or dominating. It’s not necessarily a settling time because it’s governed by exponential learning, which includes all the hard knocks that go with it. Yet this is a glorious time to gain mastery over yourself and march to the beat of your own drum.

2nd or 3rd Pinnacle (Main Pinnacle): As a 2nd or 3rd Pinnacle, the 1’s grooming you for—and challenging you with—embracing leadership and developing all that being an effective and inspirational leader entails. You’re being called upon to focus intently on these aspects: courage, drive, vision, focus, determination, and integrity. You might experience a certain degree of aggressiveness in your demeanor at this time or alternately, you might be more submissive or uncertain about yourself and your abilities. Your ability to get ahead is limited only by your own initiative during a 1 Pinnacle.

4th Pinnacle:  A 4th Pinnacle with a number 1 is marked by initiating and creative energy. Any thought of slowing down or retiring is most likely not in the cards. Challenges and changes accompany this last stage of life and your accomplishments can be deeply gratifying if you’ve mastered the art of leadership, direction, and expression of your own original ideas. It’s unlikely that you’ll magically be handed golden opportunities for success—and if you are, take them and run with them. This is a time demanding innovation and usually you’ll have to construct your own opportunities through desire, focus, self-determination, and the ability to take a punch, get up, shake it off, and keep going. As a 4th Pinnacle, you’re prone to have substantial success and achievement with balanced self-confidence and proper drive. You might find yourself going it alone or enjoy an increased level of independence. If you’re challenged with balancing the ego, this can be a lonely time.
